About Our Table of Supplement Table
The supplements in the table are those we recommend for all
adults. At the upper left
corner of each section, you'll see the name of a
supplement in bold and brown letters. In most cases, we use the name and
product number of a Bronson
Laboratories product (see Disclaimer below).
The first product, for example, is
#6 Super
B. To the right of the
supplement, we give the daily dose we generally recommend and any
instructions peculiar to the supplement. Below the name of the supplement
and our instructions, we list the generic nutrients contained
in the supplement. We have preceded each nutrient with a small green dot, like
this •.
To the far right of each supplement and in red letters, we give the daily
dose of the supplement we recommend most patients with. For example,
to the far right of #6 Super
B, you will see One
tablet two times per day.
We thank Vicky Massey for spending the time to
detail the generic nutrients contained in each supplement. We also thank her for
reminding us that often people living in geographic areas such as Washington
don't get the sun exposure needed to produce enough vitamin D3 in their
bodies. To meet the special need of these people for a vitamin D3 supplement,
we've added a supplement containing vitamin D3 to the list.

Special Individual
Nutritional Needs.
Please note that the supplements in our table
are the ones we recommend for all adult patients. We have listed the ones we
ourselves have used for years.
Some patients, however, have special nutritional needs. These needs will
require that the patients either add to the supplements we recommend, take
different dosages, or take supplements we don't list.
You may
benefit from dietary and nutritional counseling by a health care
professional trained in modern scientifically-based nutrition. We also
believe, though, that all patients should take nutritional supplements, even if they
don't have professional guidance. The best way to achieve optimal health by
using nutritional supplements is to educate yourself about them and use
them wisely, so we encourage you to read as much as possible about
nutrition. We recommend that you start with a book by Professor Linus
Pauling: How To Live Longer and Feel Better (New York, Avon Books,
1986).
